[lug] Rack for colo coop?

When I signed up for DSL and they did the line tests, I was
told I could get up to 7MB/s. I think they probably meant
7mbps for $400 a month. Maybe not, but when talking line speed
I thought it was mbps. I don't really have a need for that
much speed but if I won the lotto, I'd probably splurge :P
