[lug] CD rip/encode

Peter, I think it's possible, with some minimal shell scripting.  Here's an 
outline:

-- Start with 'cdda2wav -B -L 0 -paranoia'
-- Burn with 'cdrecord -useinfo'
-- Encode with lame

For the last step, you'll need to figure out how to use the information from 
the *.inf files to create a directory structure and supply lame's id3 tag 
options.  You may not be able to safely burn and encode simultaneously, but 
at least the scripting is fairly easy.
