[lug] top 'wa' ?

My guess is wait.  vmstat(8) has a wa that is:

wa: Time spent waiting for IO. Prior to Linux 2.5.41, shown as zero.

I'm sure I could set up a cluster jobs that could peg this.  I've ran
some jobs that got into I/O hell.
