[lug] Postfix Makefile and HELO anti-spam.

I gave a quickie presentation last night on a Makefile I've written to make
managing Postfix easier.  It will build the appropriate map files, and
reload postfix if various files have changed.  I thought some folks here
might be interested in that as well.

Talk also turned to anti-spam measures, not suprisingly.  One of the
associated things I do is use a hash map to block messages based on the
HELO they send.  I found that many spammers are sending a predictable HELO,
which is very easy to block with Postfix.
