Comments below. I also forgot to mention, I get both CLUE-Tech and
Boulder LUG in Digest mode, so pardon any delays in advance.

The Login Script Debug Window states the following:
ATZ
OK
ATM1L1
OK
ATDT *70,3034131194
CONNECT 19200 V42bis

After the, the "Error - KPPP" window states:
The pppd daemon died unexpectedly!

Exit status: 1

Clicking the "Details" produces the following from the PPP log:
Aug 26 07:31:48 localhost pppd[7642]: The remote system is required to
authenticate itself
Aug 26 07:31:48 localhost pppd[7642]: but I couldn't find any suitable
secret (password) for it to use to do so.
Aug 26 07:31:48 localhost pppd[7642]: (None of the available passwords
would let it use an IP address.)

When I called up Indra last evening on the above, the user name and
password were correct for this account. I gave things a shot with the
techy on the phone, however, he did not see a dial-up listing for the
incoming number here.
