[lug] Adding kernel to grub via rescue mode

If the kernel is still there (vmlinuz and initrd), then you can edit
/boot/grub/menu.lst

and mimic the entry that's in there already.  Chances are the vmlinuz and
initrd files have kernel version numbers in their names.
