Boycotts are usually in response to a company doing something blatantly 
"evil".

Using Vista because Linux can't get it's you-know-what together?  Come 
on... lots of companies are doing that.

Microsoft can't get their you-know-what together either, but it's not 
broken enough, and Linux isn't good enough, for companies to switch.

What you want to see is an airline that chooses to use Linux, saves a 
ton of money and runs them under via fair competition, not blackmail 
companies into using your product with a boycott.  (That sounds more 
like Microsoft than Microsoft.)
