My philosophy is that SPF is an accepted tool for allowing a domain to
prevent forging, and so any site that doesn't make use of it on incoming
e-mail just deserves what it gets -- a lot of spam.  Any site that bounces
me spam because they aren't using SPF, I consider them to be misconfigured.
:-)  And I block them from sending me future e-mail.  This happens maybe a
couple of times a month.

If you allow spammers to inject messages into your server and then deliver
their content on to others, whether it's because you're an open relay or
because you don't reject bad things at SMTP time and instead bounce them
later, you're part of the problem.  Drastic times call for drastic measures
and all that.
