[lug] Videoconferencing in Linux

Folks,

Has anyone reading this done videoconferencing with Linux?

If you have, what are my easy options?  Web-based stuff?  An installable app
(Ubuntu Hardy)?

(No, my laptop doesn't have a camera, so I'll have to go to Target or Sam's
or Amazon to get one, but I don't even know what to get for that.)

I don't expect to do it often, so if the solution's expensive, it's not for
me.  I'll ask again tonight, after Tom Tromey's talk, but I thought I'd get
a jump on things by asking the mailing list.
