No. They are likely very incompatible and you will get yourself into a
load of trouble. 

RHEL5/CentOS5 is based on Fedora Core 6.

There will likely be lots of issues. Fedora 10 will be using vastly
newer libraries and the packages will not install due to needing those.
If they do install they are unlikely to work. 

For CentOS5/RHEL5 machines you should use EPEL packages: 
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL

These are compiled against the correct version and are known to work,
etc.
