[lug] Big External USB copies and Speed

I agree, I've never seen 60MB/s either (for any kind of peripheral,
not just drives): ~ 5 hours is the theoretical upper limit.
Probably I didn't put enough emphasis  on "NOT LESS" and "LOT MORE".
