[lug] Alternate /tmp in Systemd?

I would like /tmp in a systemd service to be somewhere other than /tmp,
e.g. /bla/mytmp.  Apparently, systemd hardwires /tmp
<https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/435367/is-it-possible-to-change-systemd-private-tmp-directory>
even
thought it supports the concept of PrivateTmp.

It also seems that there's no way to add a bind mount to a unit like
PrivateTmp does.

The problem is that I have a commercial product that doesn't respect it's
own -tmpdir flag in certain cases. It's only been broken for about a decade
so I don't think it is going to be fixed any time soon.

Any suggestions?
