[lug] Disabling CSD

Howdy folks.

I just ran across a couple articles on how to disable Client-Side
Decorations in GTK, so I thought I'd pass it along.

https://www.maketecheasier.com/disable-gtk3-client-side-decorations-ubuntu/
http://www.webupd8.org/2014/08/how-to-disable-gtk3-client-side.html

If anyone knows of some other way, I'd like to hear it. You know,
something like editing a .gtkrc file (ha!) or something in gconf?

Interesting aside, the 2nd article mentions that the package used tells
GTK that there's no compositor available. I think that's odd because I
use Fvwm, and AFAIK, it isn't a compositing window manager. I mention
this because the new Opera doesn't display my window decorations, and I
possibly mistakenly assumed it was due to CSD. Well, that's a whole
'nother question.
