Hello:

I've just loaded Fedora 30 on two of my laptops and one of them is
intercepting F10 to toggle Bluetooth. How do I disable this? I've
several terminal emulators that need F10 and I can't have the OS
intercepting it. I've looked in the terminal profile and the keyboard
profiles without finding anything. I've shutdown and disabled Bluetooth
with systemctl, as I don't use it.

BTW: I find this annoying that the installation assumes that I want/need
this extra F10 processing. Let me decide if I want it or not!

Thanks in advance.
