Thinkpad T15 with 16G soldered onboard and an additional 32G in socket
for 48G total?

It ships with Ubuntu Linux, so you're on your own for supporting Fedora
but since support for hardware is mostly kernel based if it works on
Ubuntu you are very likely to get it to work with Fedora.

$1473 without any other processor or memory changes.

Found it by going to their website, search for laptops, customize by
OS, then customize this model.
