Sometimes Comcast will bind a router's serial to the physical wire (the house address) and won't allow it to work until their offices mark the device as able to use that address. I would call them and ask if that router can be marked to work with that new location. This includes not just the router in what they might need to "allow", it might also change what DHCP is allowed.
