[lug] Intek 21 Pci Parallel Card

I need help locating the address of Intek21.
I bought a PCI High Speed Parallel card. When
it stopped working, getting hold of the company
to obtain an RMA # to return the card became
quite a steep hill to climb.
You can obtain drivers and a FAQ file from their
web site but no address. The address in the 
instruction booklet that came with the card is,
of course, incorrect.
