[lug] GPG Key Signing

Last minute notice for people... I am planning on being at the meeting
tonight. Please bring your key if you want me to sign it. I'll have a laptop
available for this purpose tonight.

If desired, I can even maintain a BLUG keyring, which will simply be a list of
all signatures made on the group's keys. Let me know (and yes, I can even do a
keyserver for it).
