[lug] Syslog Server

MRTG works for SNMP stuff, and is easily modified (Perl and one C
program - rateup.c).

Look into syslog-ng if you're thinking this network of things you'll be
logging from might grow.  Some very nice features in it that may or may
not be useful to a growing environment.
