[lug] LILO and Windows Safe Mode

Gary,
In Win98, holding down the ctrl key before the cloud screen usually gives you
the boot menu. The problem is when clicking Windows in LILO, the cloud
immediately comes up -- it's already too late. I'll still try hitting F4,
though. Thanks.
