Using Linux or QNX or whatever for little kiosks wouldn't fix this. You
have really dumb voters and corruption on the part of *both* parties.
Those are all issues technology can only help with, not fix.
(Monty Python's "I'm being repressed, I'm being repressed!" comes to
mind.)
