The issue isn't that you can't use the service if your computer is off, but
that if you *ever* turn off your computer, then (at their option) you can
*never* use the service again.  I wouldn't consider this an "of course" type
issue.

On the other hand this whole debate (to which I responded) is off-topic
anyway ;-)
