[lug] rpm rebuild with patch

Somewhat unrelated, I was reconfiguring imapd from the redhat src rpm
and they were doing some patching to the imap Makefile with the program
patch.  I think there was a command in the spec file that caused the
patch to happen.

Sorry, too tired to go and look to see exactly what happened.
