Used my Netscape browser. Started at ftp://updates.redhat.com/ and clicked my way down.
Command line seems ok, too:
$ lftp ftp://updates.redhat.com/6.2
cd ok, cwd=/6.2
lftp> ls
total 8
drwxr-xr-x 5 root 235 4096 Mar 28 20:10 en
lftp> cd en/os/i386
cd ok, cwd=/6.2/en/os/i386
