[lug] AT&T CABLE MODEM

A friend had a similar problem with dhcp and ATT. Turned out that ATT's
dhcp server was expecting to see the -h hostname option, they wanted to
see the hostname they had assinged (cpexxxx or whatever the
convention was) before the server would give out an address.
