[lug] Cannot dual-boot Linux + Winblows 95

When I WAS dual-booting, I had problems booting and running windows on a
partition that surpassed the 2 gigabyte mark. The solution was to make
2 FAT32 partitions, one to house the boot info for windows, and the second
to house the OS. Or just one below the 2 GB mark.
