[lug] anyone out there running ximian 1.4?

I'm running Ximian 1.4 and I don't have any file called "gnome-libs" (which
obviously is like gtk-config for finding dependent libraries).  No idea
why, but "locate" doesn't find any such beast.  The problem may be that I
update using both up2date for Red Hat and Ximian's Red Carpet, so I may
have a crossbreed here.
