I think it is, but have not verified. Assuming XFree86 version 4.0.x+,
just be sure that one mouse in Section "ServerLayout" of XF86Config-4
has Mouse0 as "CorePointer", that the other does not (otherwise create
some pseudo-duplicates of anything Mouse0 has). May also need an option
on the new mouse:
  "SendCoreEvents" 1
