I have contacted them; their charge is $19.95/month, and you pay the carrier
(QWest) for the line, which they say is $69.95/month.

Do you recall what their price was?

If you can't work things out with Covad, you might give FPCC (www.fpcc.net)
a try. I know they _could_ get IDSL to my home (in southern Adams county,
just north of Denver) IF I wanted to pay the price, so they might be able to
connect you, too.
FPCC is definitely Linux-friendly - the FPCC system I'm typing this on runs
Red Hat 7.1 (reached via SSH, of course).
