[lug] LFS "Linux From Scratch"

I'm currently working on a LFS system.  Up to the point where I install the Glibc.  When trying to configure I get the error:
bash:  ../glibc-2.2.1/configure: bad interpreter: No such file or directory
I know the configure file is there.  Anyone have any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
