i'll second the Stroustrup and Plaugher recommendations.  both are
more reference than tutorial, but if you already understand some
amount of procedural/strucural/static-oop programming, they should be
all you need.

strourstrup 3rd ed is the same as the "special ed"; the latter just
has a few more appendices (which are avaiable from b.s.'s web site)
and is hardbound.  the plaugher book (at least the printing i have) is
a bit rough around the edges, but it is probably the best dead-tree
reference to the STL, as well as providing some examples of use (which
sroustrup 3rd/special also does).  the online references, however, are
free.  :)
