[Request Tracker #21193] (DNS-Admin) [lug] Weird DNS problems

Pupman.com is listed as BOTH a nameserver AND a domain. This is part of your 
problem since your domain name is not a registered nameserver, DNS queries 
will be directed there first. Secondly, the former US WEST nameservers are 
not listed as SOA, if they ever were, you need support at qwest.net to remove 
the domain from these nameservers.
