[Request Tracker #21193] (DNS-Admin) [lug] Weird DNS problems

Yeah, it appears that pupman.com is listed by internic as a domain 
server and deleting that record from them has been difficult.  I believe 
that the other name servers are getting the 199.45 address from them 
rather than the true authoritative name servers at jymis.com.
