[lug] Very odd, not really linux question -- WATT 32, AT&T at home

Yeah, I actually made up the information for demonstrative purposes. I know better than to show the real information!
We do have more than one IP address. We have a separate IP address for each machine. So I've been scouring the web and the best I can come up with is that for all machines to see each other, it has something to do with NetBIOS, where each machine broadcasts its presence and IP address.
I believe if I have it setup correctly, the command:
arp -a
should show all the machines on the local network. But how do I tell what IP address the Windows machines have, when they are set up for DHCP? Or how do I set the local IP address while still using DHCP?
