[lug] LaTeX to Word Doc/RTF

In our office the "general public" (i.e. the I prefer Windows and I'll
use Linux if you make me but let me use PowerPoint to do as much as
possible users/a.k.a. the business types) cringes when we make them use
Latex. The nice thing for us is that it has pretty output and the files
are in text format. The text format allows us to put proposals under
CVS so that we can have a mostly clean way of having numerous people
working on the proposals.

There is a movement to use docbook for documentation, but most of the
longer proposals are done in Latex when more than two people are working
on it.
