I keep thinking that Bugzilla could be abused for this purpose pretty well.

I cannot recall which email list I saw this past
topic brought up, but I will ask anyhow.

Any recommendations on a Linux call center and
trouble ticket type of program system that is
presently out there?  Something like Remedy
(as one that is M$ based) basically that can be
a customized some.
