Because this is vague in the RFC the only sane policy is to assume case
insensitivity in all email addresses for receiving purposes (IOW, drop
case on all incoming messages before deciding who to deliver them to), and
leave the capitalization of outgoing addresses untouched.

Anything else makes assumptions about what /other/ mail admins are going
to do.  Down that path, madness lies.
