[lug] Trying to get DLINK DWL-650+ to work

Are you sure that the card is Prism2 based?  Older D-Link DWL 650
cards were based on this chipset but D-Link sometimes changes the
chipset without changing the model number.

I have seen this with wired and wireless D-Link devices.  So I would
suggest checking what chipset is actually on board first.
