Iptables would have been my first suggestion. See:
http://www.netfilter.org/documentation/HOWTO/NAT-HOWTO-10.html. The example
shows doing port 80, but I would only worry about doing this for ssh (22).
For http, I would use virtual host containers in your http.conf to redirect.
This in any case would also require DNS record modifications for your
virtual host.
