I've been trying with the KDE-RedHat project on sourceforge 
<http://kde-redhat.sourceforge.net/>.  They put their rpms out on an apt 
server and they are supposed to be for RH 8.0.  I've just not been able to 
get them to install.

What is Phoebe?  I haven't heard of it.
