[lug] digital cameras and linux

Here is a link to the gphoto web site and a list of all cameras supported.
The program gphoto2 comes with RedHat 8.0 and 9.0, earlier version will
require updating some files. I use gphoto2 with a Canon S200 and it works
great.

i'm starting to shop for a digital camera and they all require windows
or macos.
i have limited access to both and would rather not deal with either.  i
was wondering
whether anyone knows of any cameras (not too expensive $100-$200) that
will work with linux.
