Ah, i fear Macs don't have BIOSes :-/ The have something called
Open Firmware (a Forth interpreter in disguise ;-) but that part
seems to work anyway - the OF boot prints to the right screen.
Only when the linux kernel takes over the output moves to the
wrong monitor/graphic card.
