[lug] Direct port access using newer dosemu

Got it!  After googling for 30 minutes I found an expanded $_ports syntax
but had to modify the example from lp1 to parport0.  I ended up with
1) Commenting out the $_printers line
2) Adding $_ports "device /dev/parport0 range 0x378,0x37f"
