[lug] KDE/Qt single/double-click behavior

On my old install of KRUD, when I was in KDE and using Qt-based apps 
like kate and went to the file open menu, the behavior was that a single 
click on a directory or file opened it. I'm thinking this was an 
adjustable configuration. Now that I'm using FC2-based KRUD, this no 
longer happens, opening files and directories requires double click. 
Anyone know if this is a configurabel behavior? I'd especially like to 
set this as the default for all Qt-based apps.
