I've had luck installing Adobe's generic Postscript driver, printing
to a file, and running ps2pdf (part of the Ghostscript distribution;
it may run under Cygwin, or a nearby Linux box).

Or, if you have a cups server handy, you can use the above Postscript
driver and cups-pdf for easier conversions.
