[lug] Qwest Premier Anyone?

Folks, I'm about to switch from CU's ISP to another, but this isn't an
ISP question.  Rather, since I'll be paying for an ISP now, should I
also upgrade to Qwest Premier DSL service as well?

I'm wondering what kind of speed people are getting out there.  I
currently have Choice which is 1.5M/896k down/up, while Premier is 3-5M
down.  I guess I want to know is it at the 3 end or the 5 end?

Since the 1.5 is currently just fine for almost everything I do, I might
not need the doubling in speed...but it is only $10 more.  And think of
all the BitTorrent bandwidth-hogging I could do.
