Well, answering my own question, I called up Qwest and it looks like I'm
at the 3 end according to a test of the line.  Nuts.  But, the guy I
talked to seemed to indicate some lucky jerks could get 5 or even 7
Mbps.  I hate with the fire of ten suns each and every one of you who
can get 7.
