[lug] Problem with wget

You can do this - you'll get a few extra files, but I was starting to copy
down the .zip files.  Note that it will download the html files and then
look through them, I think. The order isn't real clear to me.

wget -m http://www2.census.gov/geo/tiger/tiger2004se/
