[lug] RH 7.3 timezone setting question

/etc/localtime is usu. a link to, or a copy of the timezone file (on
Debian it would be a link to /usr/share/zoneinfo/US/Mountain).
Check to make sure the file is the right timezone file.
If that doesn't do it, then look at /etc/sysconfig/clock
and /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit
