Ok. I haven't used the totals at all. I use use_host_name for all of
mine. If you get a chance to report the bug upstream that would be
great. ;)

All you have to do is remove the /etc/munin/plugins/ link for whatever
things you don't want to graph. 

The plugins are pretty easy to write.
